Terminology

  1. LoveSeaGlass was born out of our Love for the Sea, Glass and everything related to them. 
  2. We use terminology such as sea glass, beach glass, tumbled glass etc on our website to make it easier for our fellow sea glass freaks to find us (as not everyone understands the differences between those terms). Each product we offer is precisely described on its product page. We make their origin clear to make sure that you know exactly what you are buying.  
  3. All glass products available on our website are tumbled glass, unless stated differently. 

Delivery

  1. We process and ship all orders received before 12:00 noon CET on the same day. All order received after 12:00 noon CET are processed and shipped on the next business day. 
  2. We deliver worldwide, so whether you are in Ulaanbataar, Bogotá or Cape Town – we’ve got you covered. The total shipping cost is calculated in the cart and depends on the total weight of the ordered products and the shipping destination. We ship all orders by registered mail.
  3. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs checks etc.

Payments

  1. We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards and multiple cryptocurrencies. We work with well known payment processors so payments are safe and secure. 
  2. We do not store customer’s card details. Card transactions are processed by Paypal.

Returns & exchanges

  1. If you’d like to return or exchange an item you need to contact us within 14 days of it being delivered to you. 
  2. You need to send the items back within 30 days of delivery to be able to return or exchange it. 
  3. Custom or personalised orders can’t be returned or exchanged. Please contact us in case of any doubts and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  4. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Prices

We sell worldwide. Prices you see on the website INCLUDE European VAT and depend on your location. If you ship to a different country than you are currently based in, the Vat rate may differ. The final European VAT rate will be applied in the cart, if applicable, based on your shipping address.

Safety Information

What you need to know about our products.

This is NOT food!

Although our cultured sea glass products may look like yummy candies, they are made out of 100% glass. Please do not eat them or you may have a BAD day.

It's not suitable for children

This product is not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts, looking like candy and being made of glass. Adult supervision is required at all times when used by kids!

Very fragile vials

The glass vials are very fragile and can easily break. Do not push the cap in too hard and please handle with love and care. Like puppies.
